When i talked to call centre agent they asked me if the adress they have is right and said my current adress and my phone number and my second ph number which is my spouse number which i included on my citizenship application.
Strange. Once they add your info on to GCMS, you should've received AOR. Not sure how your address is up to date. Did you try logging into ecas with your UCI ? Did you ever renew your PR card or anything like that with your new address ?

I called CIC for the 3rd time ... the lady was very nice, she said its up to me to re-apply, there is no trace about my application anywhere.
She said its under my discretion to re-apply, when they send back the application there are no messages on the account.
i have received two same replies from the same agent. I have sent another application and got it delivered yesterday with signature this time, to be confident that it got delivered at right place. hoping them to at-least open up my second application.
Just have a quick question for my son's application who is a minor. Since he is a minor, and will not be going to take a test, does this mean that he will not be going to receive an email for a test invite and, hence, it will not appear on his ECAS? Or he will still be going to receive an email and an update on his ECAS will appear like mine?
Mine is the only one who's ECAS is updated with the test invite thing. His is still just having the 3 lines "in process" thing. Please enlighten me. Thank you.
