I know it doesn't help, but in some cases AOR took over 4 months. Typically, when AOR is delayed, application moves through the processing stages faily quickly. In one case, applicant's status changed from AOR to IP to Test invite all within 1 month. Hope you get yours soon

I waited for AOR for 4 months and a half. 9 days after the AOR, the application went into process. There a cases where applicants got their AOR within days and still not in process to date.
At least you received AOR. I applied in december-2017 and I am still waiting for my AOR. and its been 3 months. I do not know what happened with IRCC ? some People who have applied in Feb, they got AOR.
How did you receive AOR ? I mean did you approach IRCC or you just waited ?
I contacted my MP, he contacted IRCC on my behalf, on which they confirmed that they did received my application 2 days after i sent it (i provided tracker number), then he asked IRCC to explain that why i didn't received an AOR. I got it in next 48hrs.

Buddy, thank you for the update.
I went to my MP office and the Manager has contacted to IRCC that have they received my application then they replied back to him with few dates that they received application but factually that was wrong dates because in that dates application was in my hand. then again I went to MP office and told them my actually application sending and receiving dates and then IRCC office confirmed that they received application and they will process with due course. Its been one and half week. Still no AOR. very much frustrating situation.
Thank you for sharing the link. Seems that I did mistake to send second one but the reason of sending second application is that I received a reply to my Web Form inquiry from IRCC that they are not able to track my application then I had fear that might be they lost it.
I extracted the following information from the link which you shared regarding multiple applications.
" If the applicant is successful on the first application
then the first application will be processed to ceremony;
and the second application is not processed to completion. The file is retired and the Right of Citizenship Fee is refunded.
If the applicant is not successful on the first application
then the first application is returned to the CPC-S for retirement;
and the second application continues to be processed.
If the second application is processed BEFORE litigation is completed on the first application, and the second application is successful
then the second application is finalized through to the oath;
and the local office advises Litigation Management that citizenship has been granted.
If the second application is processed BEFORE litigation is completed on the first application, and the second application is also refused
then the second application is finalized (a refusal/non-approval letter is sent);
the local office advises Litigation Management that the second application has been refused; and
the litigation process on the first application continues. "
