Called IRCC today at 5.05AM Edmonton Time and after being in hold for 35 min I did able to talk to agent.
I sent my application on Oct 20 and received on oct 23 but still haven't received any updates.
After talking with the agent he advised that they sent the acknowledge letter on Jan 02 2018 and I should get that letter this week. he is even not sure why wasn't it sent thru email.
So now I have my application number I asked him to give it to me. so how do I check the application status. Can someone please provide the link also please add me in the tracking spreadsheet.

Residence Questionnaire. Not sent to everyone. Typically sent as a Random Quality Assurance exercise, Or when the officer reviewing your file doubts your physical presence claim. Have to provide all sorts of documents like lease agreements, bank statements, etc to prove you were in Canada for the days you claim to be.
Please update I got my AOR today 10 January. Family of 4. Received October 27th. Also please amend my location to Trail, BC. I don't have access to ECAS yet, I guess it will take couple of days, does each member of the family have a different access and update on ecas?
