CIC also sent us a letter yesterday requesting for my wife's fingerprint - I'm wondering if it delays the process.

Hello All,

What if someone gets the Test Invitation and is unable to appear for the Citizenship test on the given date because of traveling
Can we ask CIC to reschedule the Citizenship test.

Has anybody rescheduled the citizenship test before ?

Does it affects Citizenship application in any case?

yes, you can re-schedule.

Just check your application status online, you should see the status there.

No emails are sent out when status changes

I will strongly suggest that people should wait for 12 weeks and thereafter they should call IRCC or send CSE for
an update.
After this step,you can then make a decision of either submitting new application or not.

Officially October applicants are DONE giving the AOR. IRCC now giving AOR to November applicants. October applicants who are missed getting the AOR are consider backlog and may get AOR occasionally in between November and December applicants. After end of January 2018 people may resend their application if they like. This is what i heard from a senior IRCC agent.
