Bbears 27 - IELTS General even a expired one is accepted but if you read their guideline it states that it should have been used earlier in the immigration process.

Hi all,

Me and my wife did the test on January 18th. She received a letter requesting her fingerprints on January 10th. FP were taken on January 15th and sent to CIC (according to RCMP) on January 16th.

My status changed to Decision Made on January 20th, very fast, but my wife’s status is still In Process. I imagine that it is waiting for someone to see the results of the FP and check the box.

Anyone in the same situation? Does it take that long? I see that is normal now to ask the FP in parallel with the test. Two friends are in the same situation.

Just a quick update and question, my application was family of 3 (me, wife and kid), I just received my acknowlidgment but not for my wife and kid... is it a normal process?

My query regarding question 9 C of Form CIT 0002, i e citizenship for adults.
It says during your eligibility period did you lived outside Canada--- my answer is YES but it says if your answer is yes fill Form CIT 0177, but this form is for people who or their spouse per on crown duty while outside Canada.

I was not doing any crown duty while away from Canada during eligibility period nor was my spouse.

What should be my answer for 9C.
