It’s a fingerprint request. Only required if their is a name match.

Just Google "CIC Application Status", click the link which will take you to the CIC web-site and follow the simple instructions!
If your application is In Process you'll see the comment. If not, it's not in process yet.

I know two individuals who never got AOR from CIC (applied 1 and 2 years ago). They sent them materials to prep for the test 3 - 4 months after the initial application date. Is anybody else aware if such an approach is still in use, or AOR is a Must now??
