It was Ottawa although I got FP after 2 weeks of test

did you say you received FP request 2 weeks after test?

During the interview after passing my citizenship test 19/20. The immigration officer ask me if i received a finger print request. I told her No. She checked the system and said they haven't send it yet but they will. I have waited for almost a month now. I haven't receive anything. I called the cic 1800 number numerous times. Different agents told me they don't see any finger print request on my file.
I don't know what exactly is going om.. does anyone has an idea or in similar situation.

FP request are issued from st Clair Toronto and that’s why some time it takes time.

How did you get through to an agent from the 1800 number? Every time I call I got the recording saying they can't transfer me to an agent due to high volumes...
