During the interview after passing my citizenship test 19/20. The immigration officer ask me if i received a finger print request. I told her No. She checked the system and said they haven't send it yet but they will. I have waited for almost a month now. I haven't receive anything. I called the cic 1800 number numerous times. Different agents told me they don't see any finger print request on my file.
I don't know what exactly is going om.. does anyone has an idea or in similar situation.

How did you get through to an agent from the 1800 number? Every time I call I got the recording saying they can't transfer me to an agent due to high volumes...
