Citizenship application in August 2017

Hello guys,

I have citizenship test in Scarborough office on November 24, this month.

I just received finger prints results today from police ( I was waiting since September 22 for this paper).

Where I need to send this FP results- to my office in St.Claire office in Toronto or to office in Scarborough?

Is it ok to send it by normal Canada post mail?

Please answer to me

Did the fingerprints results take that much time from September 22 to today more than a month and a half? Are you sure? Normally, it is taking maximum 10 days to be received. Please clarify.

My friend is from Calgary and recreived fingerprints request. However, the office who requested the fingerprints is from Vancouver. Should the office be in Calgary?

I have my FP done today and all of the addresses for FP request is actually in Vancouver. Processing time here in Regina is 14 days. Just giving some info. Thanks to Elie72 for some inputs to it.

Normally the processing is 14 days that's what the paper said so. I have asked the office if the result will be send to our home and mentioned that The result will not be addressed or send to our home. It will go directly to VC but the documents that we have submitted is already in the LOcal office close to what or where the province we live in.

It seems that all FP in process are with Vancouver. Wishing everyone a fast processing.

I did mine at here - I was told RCMP will mail the results to CIC st clair office.

Here in SK, FP will not be mailed to our home but it will go directly to Vancouver.

I was waiting 53 days but I was arrested on 2014. Do not worry you will wait 2 weeks only. I hope that!

Until when do I have to wait to receive the document for FP? any Idea? It will be 7 days on Thursday... kindly reply back if you have any idea... thank you

worst case scenario ,, calling them back and a call center agent would be able to email you the documents

I received a test invitation letter by email today (Nov 09) test on Nov 29.
Hope for all waiting for test invite to get it soon

Congratulations buddy! It is a good news! people who say FP request is set back, it proves that FP requests are not alone cause of delayed processing with citizenship applications. Best of luck for the test! Hope to catch up soon!
