I feel like the AORs are going to start arriving any day now for the early August applicants. If June and July are any indication, they're averaging 35 days from delivery of the application for the AOR to come. And, we're at 35 days since August 1!
I feel like I've been waiting so long to be able to apply and now that I have applied, I wish time would speed up and get this done!

Waiting for AOR. How long does it normally takes to get AOR?
Current average processing time is 5 months as per CIC. Can we expect to get the citizenship certificate in about 6-7 months time approximately?

As for AOR, for June and July it has been averaging 35 days for the AOR to come in... this doesn't mean it's for sure (there are applications that have been waiting longer), but of those who have been providing information to the monthly spreadsheets, that's what the averages have been over the last two months. As for citizenship, CIC says 12 months, so I'd expect that and hope that it happens faster! Using the spreadsheets, it looks like it has been happening faster, but it's a very limited dataset (it seems like a lot of people stop updating their progress).
