Citizenship application in August 2017

Looks like Kitchener office is still in Holiday mode..

I know I have been waiting since November 29 and officer told me that it’s gonna take 2 or 3 weeks but it’s almost 2 months now

I am August applicant from Montreal Office ,, since 10/25/2017 I am in process ,, they sent Finger print on 11/23/2017 ,, which it was sent back on 12/11/2017 ,, help desk agent told me that they received it ,, since then there is nothing ,, which is very depressing ,, nothing to be added

people here became worried because they did not get their oath letter ,,

Feel for you I think some office is really dragging and there is nothing you can do about it because they keep saying it’s a 12 months process.

Montreal office is the worst. People applications status have been in process for months while some October or even November applicants are getting test invites. Frustatring!

I am also August applicant from Montreal Office. I received my oath letter on Jan 19th. Just be patient...

I had my test and interview today

Got 19 out of 20. Made one silly mistake. The questions were easy.

The interview is basically checking original documents etc.

Told I can get by oath ceremony request in about 3 weeks time.

In my case yes they asked to show original ielts or transcript copy. They asked every single person to show all the original documents you send including the original proof of language.

...I checked my status this morning and it has been changed to Decision made but still they didn't add the line of Oath invitation, hope it'll be added soon.
