OK., I just call them and they inform me that we're open files application received Aug. 18, 2017 and my file still didn't open but we hope soon.
So we're a bit far for Aug. 21, 2017

Looks like all delayed AOR cases are with same officer ... bad luck ... :(

My Location is in Vancouver, application is for my wife only, she is Canada for 4 years and 2 month, application was recieved on August 27 2017

Agree with u my friend, just we're unlucky. By the way the person who received & signature my application on Aug. 21, 2017 his name was/ T ALLAN. is anyone had the same name???!!!

ALLAN is not officer but mail receiving person ... my Application received and signed by "BARRY" ...I sent application via courier (not post) ...

I called the Call Center @ 18882422100 , She said they are currently opening packages received on Aug 25th and to give it few business days for them to get to Aug 28th.

On the other hand I see people getting AORs whose packages were delivered beyond Aug 25th.

May be Aug 25th is the minimum date of the packages being processed by all officers (my guess .. but at this point am ok to guess anything to keep myself away from being nervous)
