Can't check status online just yet. Does anyone know if there is a lag between receiving AoR and when the status appears on ECAS? Also, if I choose Client ID Number as Identification Type, should I enter the numbers with a hyphen, or without?
guy can you add me
I applied on 08/13 ,, application was received on 08/17/2017 ,,
Montreal ,, single ,, with residence of 2135 days
last thing that I want to add ,, this a reapply ,, I withdraw my previous application due to not show for my test ,, I know was not supposed to ,, buy I waited a lot from March till August with no movement ,, once more thing I included a new version of my fingerprint since I was asked to provide one for my previous application
wish all the best guys
I can access ECAS now and see my application status. There is a bit of an issue though.
On my Citizenship application, I did not put a mailing address (I wrote down N/A on the application form), cause it's the same as my home address. My home address is showing up correctly on ECAS, but the mailing address there is the mailing address that I used to have when I applied for Permanent Residency 5+ years ago. That mailing address is obviously not valid anymore.
This appears to be a glitch in IRCC's system. Anyone else experience this? Should I try changing my address via ECAS, or should I wait till Monday morning and phone their Call Center?

You can just change it on ecas. I had the same issue, you can change it on ecas and it will take 5 business days to see actually the change online.
