Citizenship – Minors – Subsection 5(2)

HI ALL,

Seniors looking for help with minor Citizenship Following are question.

Application form for minor CIT_003. (Column no 12 should parent singed in both Boxes parent's and child as my child is only 7 year old. I think only 14 year above kids need to sign) Or should I leave child signature box empty. Please help me its very important part of application.
