Your file is in your local visa office now because it doesn't take over a month for file transfer (It usually takes from 15 days to 21 days) but your local visa office didn't send you File Transfer Email.
Thank you Victor. Average time takes for MR is one month (+/-). I am not sure about my local Visa Office, Officially it is Singapore but since last quarter of last year people received mail from Manila Visa Office.

Application received by CIC: 20 May, 2015
Getting: EP and UCI: 16 Jul, 2015
Now i am waiting for medical request or email from visa office.
In my OASIS I found my application category shows: With an Employment Offer. After transferring the new web address I never check the application status.
Is it any problem?

What did they mention in your nomination letter(2 or 3 file attachment links they sent to you with nomination email)? Did you receive instruction on how you can get your work permit with your nomination or not?

They will issue MR soon, possibly just after they verified these documents. I am wondering why do they even need these for pnp. Of course they have rights to verify any document at any stage.
Does New Delhi office asks for these documents for all pnp applicants or just a few? i thought they would ask only for fsw applicants.
Proof of funds - Do they ask to provide proof for the specific amount you mentioned in your application?

I am inland applicant and my family is in Manila. I already received EP and UCI, How do I know what VISA office is processing my application? Did not received any File transfer E-Mail and only receiving Email from Sydney CIO
