CIC TIME TOOL HELP PLEASE

Hey.
So i have been all over the internet and not understanding the Cic time tool.

First they ask kind of visa...easy
Second you should say ...1- work permit,2 work permit extention old employer 3 work permite extention new employer.

If i select the normal work permit it says that is co and post grad should use extention new employer......

And if i ask for the normal permit it asking for the country...is this country birth country? Or present country? Or where application was submitted?

Please help...

My details: LMIA received and first work permit has been applied online in Canada but for myself which is still in South Africa.which Cic time lines do i choose??
