I have been come across this wonder full forum of information. Thanks for all contributor
1. My current work permit & visa are valid till 20th-DEC-2011.
2. I am applying for extention during this week.
3. Extention will take another atleast 4 to 5 months.
4. During my application in process, I will have to leave country on 31-oct.
5. I am planning to come back in FEB-12.
So once I get the extention in hand ( I will be in India at that time, so I will ask some of my friend to forward the extention to me in India) can I use that to apply for worker visa and come back to Canada ?
My employer iwll provide me all needed letters to reenter the canada.
my question is that after leaving the country will this exention document be valid ?
