New bar is there already.(Sorry I don't know how to upload a picture) It shows 12 months frame. So it shows I still have 40+ days. It is useless. As if I don't know their estimated processing time is 12 month...

We have it! It's just a progress bar, it says where you are on the twelve months.
Estimated remaining processing time: 15 Week(s)
Date received: June 15, 2018 // Estimated completion date: June 15, 2019

Voilà.

The estimated processing time may change depending on how many applications we receive and other factors. This progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application.

My wife’s has the progress bar, says her app is taking longer than usual to process...

All well and good but she landed last year(in under 12 months), so not exactly reliable!

The target for all inland and outland apps is 12 months.
