It is a standard message. I am also single and with no dependents and got the same message a couple of months ago. It simply gives you the right to use those services for free.... and I guess it also means your application is going well and moving forward so far.

Do the visa officers in Syndey NS work on weekends? Just curious because most of the messages from them have been sent on the weekend. Or could it just be the automated system programmed to shoot messages on the weekend?

from 2014-01 to 2016-09 I was studying and got a job that same month I graduated. That is why the end date in row 2 and start date in row 1 are the same. Is that fine or should I bump one month ahead?
Must the personal history also begin from 2007?
I got a new form. But even say I edited the old one how would they know?
instead of "2018-Present and 2018-12" write the current date on when you are signing the form and as you edit the old form, that is not any issue but do sign it with current date. and also in your Background Dec. form do enter details only for last 10 years not from 2004.
