i have submitted my MPNP file in December 2013 and got approval in August 2015 and submitted my pr file to CIO in September 2015 and received my uci and file no on December 15, 2015. On August 18, 2017 i got phone call from NDVO but after that i have not received any updation or any email regarding my file and my file isin process from December 2015.
suggest me what should i do as my representative does not reply me relevant answer??

Hi,
I would suggest you to order a GCMS note it will give you a detailed information on your application.
it will normally take 30 days for their answer.
meanwhile, send an email to NDVO and request them to clarify the delay.

Yes it is a general reminder letter to submit missing documents or update them if something has changed.
