Just recieved request for additional documents
They state:
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Updated Indian Police Clearance Certificates for yourself & your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 03/14/2013
Issue is that I already submitted FBI ( March 23, 2102 ) an Indian PCC ( July , 2012 ) to them in Aug, 2012, and they have inserted that in their notes under criminality. I have my GCMS notes
So I have to get these again, Indian PCC is quick but FBI will take a while and also, they say Country/State so are they expecting USA, and NJ for eg,?
I thought they never ask state unless its something criminal
What should I do here, any advice - as I only have 45 days and FBI and State would take way longer
