Can someone help me to figure out what certificate do they need?

Hello!
My application is with London vo and today received request of police clearance.
I don’t understand if they want pcc only from my country or fbi clearance as well?
In the past I lived in USA and left in 2013, never returned there. And already got fbi certificate together with the application when I sent it.
The message they sent me says this:

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Ukraine This must be received at this office by: 2019/09/14

Seems pretty straightforward to me. They want a police certificate from EVERY country where you have lived for 6 months or longer. They seem to have stated Ukraine.

What countries have you lived in for 6 months since the age of 18 and which countries police certificates have you sent them? Where there is a gap is what they will be asking for.

I lived in USA since 2009 to 2013. And already got fbi clearance in 2018.

Yes, I get that. But where else have you lived (i.e. before 2009 and since 2013) and have you sent certificates from those countries as well??

Only Ukraine after that, and before that too. Sent fbi from USA and certificate from Ukraine. Just can’t understand if they again want me to send them fbi clearance?!

Last one I sent was from October 2018. I understand they want one from Ukraine, what I am not sure about if they again need one from USA even though I never returned there...

I think they will be OK with your US one as it is dated long after you left the US.

On the other hand, if your Ukraine one is dated October 2018, then I would suggest that it is out of date and that they want a new Ukraine police certificate. Police certificates for your current country are normally considered valid for 3 (sometimes 6) months. I suggest you get a new Ukraine police cert. that seems to be what they are after.
