Be very patient. I was in the same boat a few months back. Waited for around 6 months to pass the medical exam for my son. Then, PPR came next a week after medical approval. There is another forum here about similar issue. You will find it bery helpful.
Thanks for your reply. Did you have to reach out to them, or did they send you additional requests? I answered all their questions, but no update ever since.
As my medical is still showing under review, I had ordered GCMS notes to know more. Can someone help me decode this? Once its written "ready to be assessed" and in another place its written "assessed" and inadmissible.

The medicals are assessed and evaluated by the medical branch who will make an assessment. The assessment is submitted to IRCC. And it is IRCC that makes a final decision on the assessment when it is received. The note that says "ready to the assessed" means that the health branch has provided the assessment and now IRCC has to make a final decision on it.

Also, I think then it makes sense to forward child development specialist's note/diagnosis with IRCC which I gathered proactively. They may weigh that in while making the final decision.
Or should I just wait for their decision and a possible procedural fairness letter? @legalfalcon

@legalfalcon - As I was not aware of that the same medicals can be used which was done prior for other applications like student visa, we have done the medicals once in Mar'21 in India and again in May'21 in Canada. In the report of May'21, Panel suggested that he has speech delay where as Mar'21 report was clear. Can we let IRCC know that we have clear results for the test done in Mar'21?

Pretty much in the same situation with my 8 year old child. Still stuck at reviewing status. Reeched out with the Medical facility but they said IRCC didn't ask for additional documents. We voluntarily submitted an evaluation from a child developmental specialist 2 months ago, I also went through the sputum test and paased already a few weeks back. We thought that results of my son would go out together with my result... But my sons medical status is still stuck at "reviewing" for 5 months now, despite submitting the evaluation to IRCC. Just wondering IRCC hasn't reached out yet if they still need more requirements.
