We reapplied for study visa for my wife and 2 kids early this month. I just received a message from CIC requiring Medical Examination for my wife, but they refused my two children on the following grounds:
• You require a study permit.
My question is that, my son is in grade 11th, my daughter is in grade 2, do I need to get acceptance letter from schools in Canada for the children? How this work.

So your wife don't have a study permit, and your kids were refused because your wife don't have a study permit. I don't see what's wrong.
where VAC or country your wife applied for permit or visa?
