I have a child from my previous relationship and he lives with his mother all the time. I pay child support. I want to know if he will be considered a dependant? I am not intending on bringing him to Canada, so do I need to mention him in the forms?

Yes he is a dependent, and should be listed as non-accompanying.

we have same situation just want to ask regarding the medical coz the mother refused our daughter for medical examination.. What actions did u do?? Thanks
