What are you supposed to do if your child is born before ITA? Do you make changes in your express entry profile?
And what happens if your child is born after you get ITA? Do they allow you to add child? Is the process easy enough?

Very easy before and after invitation to apply. All u need to do is update your profile. After AOR you have to raise a CSE to notify IRCC about the new addition. All the best
