I was wondering, normally how others members have fill the boxes of the checklist? Is there any box that you mark as N/A? or you just mark papers that are attached and leave blank the ones that arent?
For example...with Police Certificates and Clearences...for my country it says that i dont have to send anything until they are requested.
Should i add the page that explains this? print the page that says the instructions for that certain country?
and then..do i check the box on the checklist and add that page as the content? or should i put N/A? or whats best way to approach this.
On any other related to childrens, since we have none, should we just leave all check boxes related to this blank? or do you normally put a N/A on those?

Do NOT submit blank forms. That risks getting your application sent back. If a form doesn't pertain to you, then mark the checklist with an N/A for that specific form's checkbox. As for the forms themselves, you can either submit the form with an N/A on it, or leave the form out since it does not apply to you. you do not need to write an explanation because CIC will know what is required and what is not based on the citizenship of the applicant and whether there are dependants included in the application.
Thanks for your answer! I had no idea all checklist boxes had to have N/A when you are not sending those papers, i really appreciatte your help.
One last thing. do you all then fill the checklists by hand? or did you found an editor to put the N/A on computer?
just wondering...im not really doing anything by hand, this might be the first thing.
Thanks!!!
