The checklist says I have to submit the police certificate at this time, unless indicated otherwise. I am from Mexico and the website says I don't need to submit the police certificate with the application, and they will send me a letter once they require it.
And then the checklist comes with the next check boxes:

Should I leave them blank, check them or write N/A beside them?
