I'm a tailor/seamstress etc.. noc 6342, i have vocational education 1 year which provided me with a diploma that authorised me to do this profession, age 25, i have 5 years of experience but self-employed, I can speak English well, but i only have 9 grade middle school education.
am i be eligible to apply for an express entry under skilled worker level D which that does not require graduation or high school diploma !?
one more thing, is this noc listed for temporary work permits, can people with this profession work in Canada under temporary work bases if they got a job offer?

You don't qualify for Express Entry. Express Entry requires work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation. Work experience in a NOC D occupation is not accepted.
A job offer is not enough to qualify for a work permit. You need both a job offer and your employer must also obtain an approved LMIA.

If this is a NOC B occupation, then this work experience qualifies under Express Entry. However with only a grade 9 education, you'll most likely struggle to get enough points to be selected. You need to score around 470 points to be selected. Have you calculated your points under Express Entry?

that's why i said noc d, due to low education i considered noc d as an option,
also my experience is only self-employed, but i have certificate on my trade, does this count to be eligible for noc b express entry?

If you work for an employer then you need a letter from them outlining your duties, time worked and salary. If self employed, you need business registration, client invoice/receipts, client letters, income taxes, websites, leases.
