i want to apply under express entry stream ,my noc is 6342(tailor,dressmaker )i have 5 years of work experience.do i need diploma or digree ?

No, it's not necessary. But unless you have a job offer in Canada, I don't think you'll be able to get enough points to be eligible without a degree. Have you checked ?

i mean diploma or digree related to my trade ,otherwise i m graduate .
