Hi sorry to hear about this, someone has given the link above file a fraud case on them his PR status will be paused and an investigation will go through and also since you have a visit visa come to canada and file a case against him. He won’t get the PR. We need to stop these type of people from Canada. I am a Canadian please let me know if i can be of any help. Thank you.

His PR app will not be "paused" or investigated. He has not done anything illegal. The OP cannot "file a case" against him except to file for divorce.

He can easily get his PR because he hasn’t done anything criminal this a private matter between spouses. There is no case to file. Not telling someone you were divorced isn’t a crime. Not a great idea but definitely not a crime. Nobody is forced to include their spouse on a PR application. They can remove them if they no longer want to sponsor them. The dowry issues are not happening in Canada so you can file a case in India.

Yeah, In Canada we don't care about dowry also, this is an Indian thing and should be kept in India

my medicals were done long back before receiving any order from immigration while adding me he had finished everything because he left india after all the procedure . I have my CMM but nothing is found

Dowry is a serious criminal offence in India. You should file a case against them in India.

Once the charges are filed and FIR is reported, you should contact immigration Canada and submit the relevant paper work including the FIR. If you have any identification information it would be really helpful. Send email to: Citizenship-fraud-tips@cic.gc.ca. |

Immigration may ask him to submit new Police Clearance Certificate - pending charges etc would be visible on that report. This may lead to rejection of his application based on his past criminality.
