CHC SIngapore, where to send full docs

from AOR email of NS, it states to send to:
Canadian High Commission
Robinson Road, P.O. Box 845
Singapore 901645
Singapore

but from Visa office specfication form, it states to send to:
Visa Section
Canadian High Commission
One George Street
#11-01
Singapore 049145

Friends, which one should I send to? by ordinary post or registered mail, or Express?

if u r staying in Singapore,y not submit in person to one george street as v did....dat saved me of 1-2 delivery days and v were well assured that it's received by visa office....

I am going to send my full application to CHC SINGAPORE soon, Can we go to One George Street and SUbmit the application in person? I know you said as we did, I am just asking to confirm because it is not mentioed any where that you can go in person to submit the application. secondly do they give you any recipt of receving the application when you submit in person?

sorry,was really busy y'day...we had friends who had submitted in person,so we just followed...no receipt was given...
