I received a mail from CIO asking me to mail my full application to CHC New Delhi. The address they have mentioned is
Canadian High Commission
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi 110021
India
Can I courier (Fedex) my application to this address since it is a PO Box? Is there an alternate address that I should use?
I am also planning to do the same (use FedEx to send application from US to New Delhi).
Has anyone recently sent complete application from US to New Delhi through FedEX or any other courier (except USPS)?
This is what I am reading on Fedex.com (http://www.fedex.com/us/services/termsandconditions/international/pobox.html). You need to search "Post Office Box Addresses" on that webpage
Post Office Box Addresses
"You may use post office box addresses for certain international locations, including shipments to Puerto Rico, but you must include a valid telephone, fax or telex number on the air waybill. FedEx cannot deliver to U.S. military post office box addresses such as APO and FPO. "

The high commission does not accept hand-delivered documents. I personally checked this!
I used registered post and the documents were delivered in 2 days.
