Dear keentogo,
I think CHC London will at least touch upper time line (48 months) for applications sent between November 2007 -February 2008. The processing pattern will be much clearer by April 2011.
Well, we are now in April 2011. Let's wait and see. I am yet to see a date that has not come and passed by. It's always a matter of time.
There is also a solid intent to use GCMS for processing these applications.

I was just wondering where the 48 months comes from? On my acknowledgement of receipt of my application it said 36-42 months.
There are applicants who received an AOR with 42-48 Months standard processing time limit too, and that includes me. I hope they don't come back and say, it was a typo error and should have been(42-84Months). LOL
Also what is GCMS?
Global case Management System.
Thanks!!!

That's OK. Not to worry. He deserves to take a brake every now and then like everybody.

This is not new. Every one knows that for port feb 2008 applicants chc london taking 12 to 18 months till visa. 10 to 12 months for medical and another 6 month for PPR request and visa total they are taking 18 months.
Dear StarAliHaider,
I have applied in July 2008 and yet to see any progress except a receipt letter though i have submitted my AEO in 2009.... what your experience says about this????
Awaiting a reply
Thanks and best regards

2nd AOR recieved on 28th of August
When do u think i should be getting my medicals??
and do u think i should continue keeping my Proof of funds in my bank??
appreciate ur help..
Dear shahzadm2,
Your occupation is one of very vague from CIC point of view.
If your application is very straight forward you will soon be moved to 'In Process'. The processing will be in a strict chronological order but Pakistani applications (Islamabad Queue) need more timeframe to be processed than that of original London Queue. The simple reason is about 2000-2500 PR visas/year for Islamabad applications.
Nectar
Dear schwarzeradler,
The CHC London 36-42 months or 42-48 months processing timeframe is only valid for straight forward SAP FSW PR applications.
I hope your turn comes soon.

Dear Zubair Jilani,
The simple is about 2000-2500 PR visas/year for Islamabad queue. But I hope this number may be increased in future.

Yeah, me too. Well, I am quiet sure my case should be quiet straight forward but unless they request for my documents, I do not understand and know how they are going to know and do anything about me and my case, unless IO's, nowadays are Magicians and Psychics.(LOL)
Dear Nector,
I will be applying under the FSW category with an Arranged Employment Offer. Would you have any information regarding the expected timelines for PR application with an approved AEO.
I am an Indian national living in UAE, would you suggest applying to London visa office or to New Delhi?
Thank you for your advice.

Thanks a lot Nectar, appreciate your reply.
Take care of yourself.

Processing time 44-48 m are changed into 78m+.
Dear Noman & Nectar
AOA,
Just wondering from which date this time schedule 78+ may be calculated is it starts after the submission of initial application or from the date when the case is transfered to CHC London?
Would appreciate your prompt reply.
Best regards
