Guys I need your help..

Now, you know that I haven't yet recieved my passports.. So I sent them a 2nd enquiry last Wednesday:
& they replied by the following:

"
Dear Sir/Madam,

Your passports were dispatched via Royal mail on 10/01/2013. Following is the tracking number for your post : RU0*********

Does that mean that they sent it with "normal" mail?

So u live in Egypt, royal mail takes long time because it is normal registered mail. Did u check it online what is the status.

Hi all,

anyone knows about Single journey travel document,a friend of mine from same nationality got a reply from LVO after he sent his ppt that they cant issue a visa on his passport as canada dont recognise any passports issued by our country,hence they offered him a SINGLE JOURNEY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS,where its valid for only a single time only and on a specified date and a specified flight as well,accordingly they asked him to pick a date and make a confirm ticket booking and give those details to LVO ASAP so they can stamp the visa on this SJTD .......

I am expecting to face same issue since i am of the same nationality of my friend and just sent my ppt last week,

anyone knows about this SJTD or can share a similar experience?......what if i cant make it to travel on same day....will they issue another SJTD.

I'll check the regular Egyptian mail tomorrow since they were off today..

Guys got a text message just a minute ago that immigration package will be sent today..
It is from canadavisa..I'm not sure if this message I from LVO or from Riyadh. Anyone who also experience the same thing???

This is from Riyadh and u can track the AWB with aramex. If you don't get AWB from aramex, just call them in the night ~7 pm and tell ur mobile no. they will give track no and inform u the status update. I got mine same as you in Nov.

There's an awb# but its only 9 numbers and when I checked in the tracking system of aramex it's invalid number...

Egyptian mail says they got it but it takes 2-3 weeks to release it due to border security checks (
