its a common issue seen usually on weekends just wait a while and resend your CSI on Monday after 1500 PST it will be fine. Lets give some space to sort out their over flowed Inbox.

Basically its a good news for you. Generally this mean that decision has been made on your application just wait for close of business of Tuesday and you will find hopefully the new update at your ECAS

I sent my passports on Jun 2. Status changed to DM around Jun 30. Passports still not received!
I sent an enquiry last week and received a replay yesterday that the passports were dispatched from there on Jul 10.
I believe that they would have sent the passports to Abu Dhabi and they will dispatch to us. If that is true, any idea how long do they take to finally return the passports.

Nothing to worry. In my experience, if you send an enquiry around the end of six weeks then you should expect a reply in about 3-4 business days. Any enquiries sent before that are not responded.
