Hey faisal,
Just stay positive. If you recvd your PPR2 on sept 14 then its not been even 2 weeks yet and you should give it at least 4 weeks before starting to get impatient. I know it is hard to wait at this stage... Just hang in there. Meanwhile do your ground work:
flights planning
weather
job market situation
preparing at least 3 versions of your CV to suit various sectors you could be suitable for and draft your cover letters
your budget planning
rental situation and accommodation plans
prepare checklist of things you need to get done before and after landing
and, much more...
This will save you loads of time after you receive your PPs and keep you busy during the waiting time.
This condition, i guess is the worst of all the 3 years since i filed the case, i never felt this much exhausted and depressive that i keep the forum open throughout the day and have frequent checks to see is those having the same timeline as mine are getting theirs...
mate you should think about all who are way behind your case status...so be happy.........good luck

It is just the beginning of 'the end'! The final bit before you're all sorted
Hang in there mate... and yes, let's try making all those somewhat behind us feel better. I know this is THE most difficult part of the whole process, when you almost fall in obsessive love with your passports... LOL!
Don't worry too much if it gets delayed by another week or so. LVO sends PPs via diplomatic post every 2 weeks (as far as I'm aware). So if it does not arrive this week, then definitely next week.

I have seen in cases they took just 5 days to return stamped visas and u can see in my case, evident from my timeline that it's more than a week. However, the very next day they received PPT, my ecas turned to decision made. What's ur timeline?

+1 to Faisal, kindly share your timeline> we are all in the same boat and string of infos will help soothe our questions and doubs so others could opine on the same.

In July, I got my visa stamped PPs back in TWO weeks.. on the same day, another applicant got his PPs back (in 3 weeks). So its normal.. just be positive, pack up your stuff n prepare for your landing. Bigger challenges are waiting for you!
Best of luck~
