I hv observed a very common issue on this forum which most of the individuals are facing including me. That is can seniors please share their time line in between receiving the medical requests and chc ISB office acknowledgement letter. For most of the people this stage is very difficult to pass since it is the stage where people will either get medical requests or rejected. In my case my status changed to in process on July 19 2009 and still is the same.
Hence it is requested to please chare ur views and expertise for this stage. (I am specifically referring to the phase in between CHC AOR and Medicals).
That is the dilemma which no one is sure about. We are passing through evolutionary stage of the very very "Fast Track' services provided by CHCs. All you can say is that they have picked up speed from a dead snail to a live snail...

It is not a hard and fast rule. The timing can vary depending on many factors at CHC, foremost being security clearance which could take longer. Just like the American visa, some get security cleared the moment they apply, and for some (if there is name matching) could take upto 12-weeks. Once they get the security run done, it is probably then they launch verifications, which in itself could be between 6-8 weeks.
My consultant told me earlier about the first AOR to come in one month, it came in 3 weeks. Now he tells me that it would be between three to four months (under new system) for my medical/interview call, and I believe I have to believe him. It is almost 3 months in my case since I sent my full application to local CHC almost at the end of 120 days period and I haven't heard from them. The ecase status says "In process" since June 5, 2009. Likely in next two to four weeks now.

Thank u Manj but do u have an idea about maximum tiem frame
PK 09 +Manj............Actually we are not aware of actuall system running in CHC, Islamabad regarding recieving any correspondence. As Manj said their is not any hard and fast rule and what i observed they love to give surprises . I have many time quoted this example that a few my collegues who applied atleast 2 months after i submitted my initial appliaction back in 2008. But they recieved full application request in advance and i was waiting for that. This is not the only case but i have observed it in many cases, actually we just draw a time line in our minds just by guessing other's processing. In short there is not any time line exist regarding the frame of correspondence but i trust that what ever will be finalized that will take 6-12 months as rule is offically set by CIC.
