Those who have already got 2nd AOR from CHC-Islamabad, which visa office should they ask/communicate now?

CHC London or CHC Islamabad?

i think merely receiving the complete application.. doesn't qualify for advance stage..i think the person who have done medical and waiting for PASSPORT REQUEST will be the applicant whose applicant will not transfer others i think, personally, should be contacted through CHC UK...
other may differ but its my personal point of view...
