i am applyin ffor second time after rejection for sept 2013 intake

Here is my profile

10th 89.6%
12th 72 %
BDS 60%
IELTS 8 bands(R8L9w6.5S7.5)
GRE 305
2 yr work experience as dentist in a clinic
Course : MAS in Global Health & human services administration at FDU, Vancouver
GIC done
1 semester fee paid 7569$
Education loan frm PNB arranged

earliear rejection : course not in light of previous studies
dis despite d fact dat many dentists r doing dis degree frm FDU already....
PLZ evaluate my profile wat can be done....
