i am waiting for medical request. my daughter photo was also in her 1year age. now she is 2.5 year. should i change her photo in her passport before getting medical request. please suggest me.
dear just see the photo in the passport and in form
if they dont resemble plz change it now i mean to say get a new passport now other wise u will face the same prob as i am

mine is also a similar case have sent passports to CIC, have to see if they ask me to update my daughters photo as well...the letter from CIC which asked us to get our medicals done mentioned that the photo on the passport for a minor should not be older than 3 years and my daughter is 2 and half years...so lets see what CIC says??
I also faced the same problem. Then I re-applied my kids passport under Tatkal Scheme & Got renewed alongwith cancelled passports within 6 working days. I again re-submitted my passports on 23.04.10 & still waiting
guys today i have applied my daughters New Passport
now tomorrow i will refer my application for tatkal scheme lets see when i can get the passports i will attach the letter which i got from CHC and my air tickets also

As read your posts it shows clearly taht photos on Forms and Passports should match.
But I might also face the same problem. Though we have recently get his (Son is 2 yrs old) Passport done recvd on 13th April and sent docs on 14th April, but still my sons passposrt does not match photo with the one I have attached on Forms.
Actually for CHc it was a diff requirement so I get a new one for them.
I have already sent my Passports to ND, and now waiting for the response. Guys what u say will they return his Passport.
I am really tensed and dont want to bear Passport Office pain again.
(ALso I noticed that in Passport he is looking a bit fatty but in other phto for Forms he is thin). Bahut tension hai.

Actually i made my son's passport in 2009 & he had long hair at that time and also he was little bit fatty at that time. Now after one year his face has changed because of hair cut. so i think that's why they returned his passport & in daughter's passport, there was some blace shade because of Passport office mistake during scanning.
Now I hope & pray that everything will go well in your case
U made me a bit relax. But still I am worried as read Mohit's case also.
Actually when we applied for his Passprt in October 2009 we were in so hurry that time we dont get his recent photo and we used his old photograph taht wsa few months old and at that he was good and a bit fatty by his face.
Now when CHC asked for photos accrd to theit requirement I get his new photo. So now its not matching. Have a slight thin face then earlier.
I hope it should not create any problem as he is just 2 yrs old.
May God help me and all who is facing any such problems.
