I just got my PR card and will be sponsored by my girl friend in Quebec... I would like to change my middle and last name to my mothers last name..Is that possible and if so how long would it take?

1. You are going to be sponsored by your girlfriend in Quebec, but you already have your PR card?
2. Oh well to change names in Quebec http://www.etatcivil.gouv.qc.ca/en/change-name.html#methods
