Hi,
I've been working at my current employer on a closed WP and it is valid till 2014. Sadly, my employer is going out of business and told me to start looking for a new job.

So I got a new job offer and got the LMO approved as well. I've already started working with the new employer but I still haven't received my new WP as I haven't received the LMO in hand yet. My plan was to go around the flagpole and get the new WP as soon as I get the LMO letter.

I'm a recent graduate and still a few months short of the skilled worker eligibility. My main issue is whether me starting work already will affect me when I file my PR application later?

And does working a few weeks before getting the WP in hand make a big deal for CIC when they process my PR application?

Thanks in advance...

1. Without a new work permit in Hand, you realize that you are working without authorization and can be removed from Canada?

Yea I just found that out a few days ago..So I've taken a temporary break from working there..
Anyway I've worked at the new place for around 3 weeks only..
My main concern is if it will affect me when I apply for residency later? How does CIC manage to keep track of everything?
Thanks in advance..
