I am in Canada in a YP visa whith my job subsequently sponsoring my partners OWP. We are currently in the progress to to start to apply for PR and were wondering whether we would have to undergo the whole process of proofing the common law status again. Considered that we got the OWP for him on the basis that we are comon law it seems a bit over the top to have to proof it a second time? Has anyone done that before?
