I'm nominated 2 month back under SINP, now I'm planning to look for another job/employer(Working as an RN).
I'm on a close work permit now, if I apply for a new work permit with my SINP, do I get an open work permit, like work for any employer in SK
or do I need to find another employer before applying for work permit.
You need to contact the SINP office and speak with them. My gut feeling is that it will be OK as long as your new job is a similar position to the one you had when you were nominated. You must, however, confirm this with the SINP office before you switch jobs.
I am pretty sure that to change a job you have to apply SINP again. Because, you got SINP on base of employer so if you are changing employer then you have to apply SINP again. Better to call them and let us know so we should know in the future.
