Changes to IEC NZ - Problem with applying

So apparently IEC is changing for NZ residents. I'm not sure if this is cause but I am unable to complete my application on the Kompass page. It won't let me select "Working Holiday" as my choice of IEC. I don't know if this is just a technical problem or if they just haven't opened the applications for the Working Holiday for New Zealanders!!

I would really appreciate any help anyone could provide! I'm really stressing about this and it's very frustrating!
