I have a question:
I just want to know if I could add back my middle name on my citizehship application.
When i first came to Canada, my immiration document has my name ANIKA KIM YU. But when i had my permanent residence i drop my middle name, my PR card has my name ANIKA YU.

Apply with ANIKA KIM YU which is clear and when you travel international borders like Airport they want your full name including your middle name to avoid delays and deffrentiate from many other Anika Yu's, but you can have only ANIKA YU on provincial ID'S like Drivers Licence, health card and Debit/Credit cards.
I have my full including middle name in government ID's including provincial drivers licence & health card, but only first & last on debit/credit card for security so whenever i call banks they verify my id by asking middle name.
Hi Guys, I qualified today (1461 days) under old rule.
Should i wait till Oct 11 to get a lot of buffer (~580 days)?
or should I just go ahead and apply today?
I know there is no right answer but I'd appreciate your opinion

Hello @ranac09
I am also qualifying for the old rules this week. Yet, I have decided to wait until next week since that would provide me a big buffer - just in case if any miscalculation or dates that I miss.
The downside would be: potential big influx of new applications next week. But I would prefer to be very confident about my time be more than sufficient and be on the safe side than risking missing few days and having the application returned.
Do we need to list overseas vacation addresses? For example, if I visited Europe or my home country for maximum of 20 days at a time, do I need to list that address even though my permanent address was still in Canada?

I believe you do not need to list it in address since your permanent address was still maintained in Canada but you need to make sure you add it in the residence calculator.
Thanks, Just mailed in my application with the fastest courier service available. They said it will be delivered by Wednesday morning latest due to the long weekend

I have a question about proof of language now I have a diploma from Ontario, I will submit it ( certificate) as a proof but I don't have an official transcript, will it be ok if I send the degree alone? Or I need the transcript as well ! Thx
