Hi Seniors and Experts,

My name is Yeng and i need your input, advice or recommend a good immigration lawyer for me in BC if possible.

I made changes to my personal history for PNP application. Looking at my past applications for study permit and work permit, I realized i filled unemployed for a certain period of time in my previous applications while i filled being employed for my PNP application. The reason i didn't fill it then was because the NOC code wasn't useful or not accepted by CIC (noc 1241).

Now, that i have made changes to my personal history. Does CIC check these stuffs and compare it with my previous applications for study permit and work permit. I can explain to them tho with reference letter from my old employers.

Do you think this could cause any problem? or be seen as misrepresentation? Anyone with a similar case?

Anyone with similar case or done before?

Could any senior or expert look into this before i make some grave mistake.

Thanks

This is misrepresentation and can cause your PR to be denied.

What do you think i can do? >:(

I already have my BC PNP application submitted for months now. Do i withdraw my application? Or inform them of these changes?

Or reject the nomination if i'm nominated? I'm confused
