My name is Yeng and i need your input, advice or recommend a good immigration lawyer for me in BC if possible.
I made changes to my personal history for PNP application. Looking at my past applications for study permit and work permit, I realized i filled unemployed for a certain period of time in my previous applications while i filled being employed for my PNP application. The reason i didn't fill it then was because the NOC code wasn't useful or not accepted by CIC (noc 1241).
Now, that i have made changes to my personal history. Does CIC check these stuffs and compare it with my previous applications for study permit and work permit. I can explain to them tho with reference letter from my old employers.
Do you think this could cause any problem? or be seen as misrepresentation? Anyone with a similar case?
I don't think it will cause any problem at all. Every application is being assesed based on the information it is providing. They will check their records and the notes that has been written by the previous officer in charge for your previous application.
I would suggest that you update them with a cover letter, explaining the situation sincerely. Wait for others to comment on this.
