changed from "application received" to "in process"

i checked the web site and they changed the application status from "application received" to "in process" 4 NOV 2012

please any idea about next step or the time to finish the process and issue my visa

once in process appears an immigration officer is now going through your application. confirming if all documents are in the application are enclosed, Confirming the relationship is genuine, confirming if background/security clearance need to be completed etc. So this is good news for you, your application is being worked on.

Its a good news and as said by tintin79 your file is being process.If everything goes right then you will get request to send passport and if you already sent your passport then you will get it back with COPR and Visa on your passport in coming days/weeks..Good luck

my husband application is in process from October 18, and no news yet. they are taking to long to make the decision , from the date he had interveiw on Octoberr 18 is in process

you are in your final stage, specially since you applied in march, mine has been in process since october 9. no news yet though, should be soon hang in there and keep in touch

Yes, you're in the final stages, but who knows how long that'll take. We've been in process since August 10th so it's been over 3 months for us being "in process".

as i mention in the previouse email we are in the procee from October 18 , and we started our application in February 19 2012 , and we had the interview on October 18 even they told us that my hubby passed the interview we didnt hear anything from them ,i dont know how long wil take to answer back
