Changed computer course from 3 year to 2 year in the same field.

Hi, I am a current student at Georgian College. I took 3 year computer program at first. But in the second year I changed the 3 year program to 2 year one. My question is that do I need to inform immigration about this change as now my course is ending 1 year before(in 2020) whereas my study permit would still be valid for another year(i.e.valid till 2021). Should I fill out any application to the immigration?
